The more screens and locations you take on, the harder it gets to know "what's running where." Viewix keeps the media library, playlists, schedules, and publishing in one workspace — so one person can keep a whole network of screens on message, without visiting any of them.
WHY WE EXIST
Built around the screens, not the spreadsheet.
Screens live in shops, lobbies, and waiting rooms, and they are usually somebody's side task. The old way was a folder of exported files, a spreadsheet of what should be playing, and a person driving between sites with a USB stick whenever the content changed.
Viewix replaces that with one loop: upload the media, build a playlist, schedule it for a screen or a screen group, publish it deliberately — then see whether each screen is online, what it is playing now, and what it played earlier, even when the network drops.

Publishing you can predict
What is on a screen changes because someone published it. The playlist, the screens it targets, and the schedule it runs on are all visible before it goes live.
A record of what played
Playback records, online and offline transitions, and the publish each screen is running are all kept — so you can answer what played where, and when, instead of guessing.
